Matthew sent home from Nursery
Tuesday, July 21st, 2009Matthew had a very high temperature at Nursery. I called NHS direct and advised to take him home and call the doctors. Because of the Swine Flu epidemic at the moment, he was not allowed to go to doctors or hospital.
Doctor called had he prescribed Trimethoprim 50mg / 5ml suspension again, same as before, incase he still had a urine infection. He also prescribed Tamiflu for children. He had to two two 2ml a day.
Over night high temperatures controlled with calpol and nurofen.
